1 month already the first inquiry reply was very fast and took 1 day only because it was asking to confirm a color of the order.
I just received my malin coffee table from rove concepts and it is beautiful.
It is a beautiful blue grey velvet online but what you receive in person is a teal couch with a yellow green neon tinge.
Upon arrival i knew immediately it was not the same as the one pictured online.
Their pricing is the same dollar amount for us and canadian customers meaning that us customers pay about 35 more for example the same sofa is 2500 us or 2500 canadian despite the major difference in currency.

After rove concepts replied to my review i still have not gotten a reply from their customer rep.
Go find a company with more integrity in their business practices and reviews.
I would have rated this experience a 5 but it was shipped a bit late though that is understandable with the current environment.
